FY 2022 - 2023 Earmarked Appropriations

Earmarked appropriations are posted for public review in order to enable the general public to examine the public benefit of projects that have been funded in their community.

All required documentation is made available in compliance with Executive Order 2022-19 and FY 2022-23 state budget Proviso 117.21 for designated entities receiving earmarked funds allocated through the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority (SC Housing) under FY 2022-23 state budget Proviso 118.19 (90). Disbursement amounts and intended use are set forth in the authorizing proviso.

FY 2022-23 state budget Proviso 118.19 (90) appropriated $100,000 through SC Housing to the Darla Moore School of Business for the Statewide Housing Needs Assessment, known as the Palmetto State Housing Study, and FY 2023-24 state budget Proviso 42.6 listed the required components to be included in the Statewide Housing Needs Assessment. The FY 2023-24 state budget Proviso 42.6 was for the Statewide Housing Needs Assessment that was budgeted and completed in FY 2022-23.
