Lending Partner Resources
SC Housing wants to provide our partners with the most current resources available for all of our programs. All SC Housing approved lenders will have access through SC Housing’s online portal Lender Online. Lending Partners will have the ability to view the most current announcements, glance at our daily rates, reserve a loan, review your current loan pipelines and pull reports. Each lender is assigned a Lender Online Administrator within their company to manage their employees' access.
Lenders may gain access by logging in directly at Lender Online
Lenders can also subscribe to receive our daily rates and program announcements via email.
