All SC Housing-approved lenders have access to these resources through Lender Online, SC Housing’s online portal. Lender Online provides convenient access to important program information, training, tools, and resources, helping lenders stay informed and efficiently manage their loans. 

Lenders may gain access by logging in directly at Lender Online     (To gain access to Lender Online, please consult your assigned company administrator) 

Lenders can also subscribe to receive our daily rates and program announcements via email.
