Voucher Payment Standards and Utility Allowance Schedules are the maximum amount of subsidy SC Housing will pay to the owner on behalf of a voucher holder. The range of possible payment standard amounts is based on HUD’s published Fair Market Rent (FMR) schedule. HUD establishes income limits by family size and property location. The very low-income limit is used to determine initial program eligibility.
