Earmarked Appropriations are posted for public review in order to enable the general public to examine the public benefit of projects that have been funded in their community.

All required documentation is made available in compliance with Executive Order 2022-19 and FY 2022-23 state budget Proviso 117.21 for designated entities receiving earmarked funds allocated through the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority (SC Housing) under FY 2024-25 state budget Proviso 118.19 (82) a-i. Disbursement amounts and intended use are set forth in the authorizing proviso.

Provided below is all available information related to earmarks disbursed to the following designated entities. Recipients are required to complete the Earmarked Appropriations Disbursement Request Form before receiving any disbursements, as well as provide Quarterly Expenditure Reports.

Information on this page, including completed forms, will be updated as it is reported to SC Housing.
