Due to an unprecedented volume of new mortgage activity and a rapidly expanding network of more than 130 participating lenders, the Agency is temporarily pausing the acceptance of new lender applications. This pause will allow us to maintain program quality, ensure timely support for our current partners, and continue delivering efficient service to homebuyers across the state. We appreciate your understanding and will provide an update as soon as new applications can be accepted again.

Partner with us!  SC Housing makes it easy for real estate agents to understand our financing options and offer them to homebuyers across the state.   To participate, it is essential that agents complete a training class to gain an understanding of the dynamics of our programs.   Once completed, your contact information will be placed on our website as an official SC Housing Approved Real Estate Professional.
