In May 2026, Randy Rollings was named information technology director at the SC State Housing Finance & Development Authority (SC Housing). In this role, Rollings oversees enterprise technology operations, strategic information technology initiatives, cybersecurity, and information technology governance. He is also responsible for managing information technology team members, budgets and insuring information technology projects align with organizational goals.

Prior to serving as the information technology director, Rollings worked as the director of information technology for the South Carolina Forestry Commission. Where he provided leadership and technical support for the agency, overseeing the technology division that included information technology, geographic information systems, and VHF/network communications. 

Earlier in his career, Rollings held the director of information technology role for the University of South Carolina Athletics department where he supported coaching staff, student athletes, and support staff.  Prior to Athletics, he served as the associate chancellor of information technology for the University of South Carolina – Palmetto College, supporting the online degree completion programs and providing support to the four regional campuses. 

Rollings holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.
