Management and Occupancy Reviews (MOR’s) are required by HUD to ensure that the program is being administered as intended. Form HUD-9834 (PDF) is used to assess the management and oversight of multifamily housing projects and to determine the level of compliance with HUD’s business agreements.

SC Housing will send the Auditor’s Checklist (XLSX) for you to complete and submit prior to the scheduled audit.

Form HUD-9834 (PDF) will be completed on site during the scheduled audit.
