2027 Housing Tax Credit QAP Workshop

SC Housing will host its annual 2027 Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) Workshop on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at SEGRA Park-Club Level, located in The BullStreet District, Columbia, SC.  This year's hybrid workshop is being offered for participants to attend in-person with an option also virtually via Zoomgov.com.  

Option #1 - In-person Attendance   Online Registration in advance is strongly encouraged.

Option #2 - Virtual Attendance        Zoomgov Registration in advance is required.  

SC Housing will publish an initial draft of the 2027 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) to the Housing Tax Credit webpage by Friday, June 12th and will be reviewing the draft at the workshop.  Authority staff encourages your attendance and is looking forward to open discussions regarding the 2027 QAP.
