In March 2020, Ellen Eudy was named Chief Financial Officer, now Deputy Director of Financial Operations, for the SC State Housing Finance & Development Authority (SC Housing), where she provides oversight for the banking, finance, and procurement functions, as well as financial leadership across all departments.

In August 2016, Del Collins was named director of information technology at the SC State Housing Finance & Development Authority (SC Housing), where he provides leadership and oversight for the Information Technology Department. Prior to his joining SC Housing, Collins served as deputy director of information technology at the South Carolina Education Lottery. Collins holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
