In October 2014, Steve Clements was named director of single-family programs at the SC State Housing Finance & Development Authority (SC Housing), where he oversees mortgage production and works to expand homeownership opportunities for South Carolinians. In this role, Clements applies his extensive background in mortgage banking, capital markets, and risk management to strengthen SC Housing’s single-family initiatives. Clements brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held senior roles in secondary marketing, capital markets, and portfolio risk
