2026 Housing Tax Credit QAP Workshop

SC Housing will host its annual 2026 Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) Workshop on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at SEGRA Park-Club Level, located in The BullStreet District, Columbia, SC.  This year's hybrid workshop is being offered for participants to attend in-person with an option also virtually via Zoomgov.com.  

Option #1 - In-person Attendance   Online Registration in advance is strongly encouraged.

Option #2 - Virtual Attendance        Zoomgov Registration in advance is required.  

SC Housing is currently accepting comments for changes to the 2026 QAP.  All comments are due by Thursday, July 10th.  SC Housing will post a draft of the 2026 QAP by Friday, July 25th and will be reviewing the draft at the workshop.  Authority staff encourages your attendance and is looking forward to open discussions regarding the 2026 QAP.
