Public Notice regarding draft of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program

5-Year Plan (FY 2026 - FY 2030) and Annual Plan (FY 2026)

SC Housing administers the Housing Choice Voucher Program in seven SC counties (Clarendon, Colleton, Dorchester, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lee and Lexington). In accordance with 24 CFR Part 903, a draft of the PHA 5-Year Plan (FY 2026 – FY 2030) and Annual Plan (FY 2026) is available for inspection at the Authority's office during normal business hours. A digital copy is also available on the agency’s website. 

Public review and comment are encouraged. Interested parties may submit written comments before February 21, 2025 via mail, email or fax to:

A ZoomGov virtual Public Hearing to obtain input on the draft of the PHA 5-Year and Annual Plans will be held February 24, 2025 at 3:00 pm EST.
