Public Notice regarding draft of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program Annual Plan (FY2027)

SC Housing administers the Housing Choice Voucher Program in seven SC counties (Clarendon, Colleton, Dorchester, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lee and Lexington). In accordance with 24 CFR Part 903, a draft of the PHA Annual Plan (FY2027) is available for inspection at the Authority's office during normal business hours. A digital copy is also available on the agency’s website. 

Public review and comment are encouraged. Interested parties may submit written comments before January 31, 2026 via mail, email or fax to:
