SC Housing recognizes teachers, medical professionals, EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, law enforcement and correctional officers, veterans, active-duty military and SC National Guard for your long hours and dedicated service every day. You keep our families and communities safe, smart and strong.

Qualified Palmetto Heroes homebuyers must meet SC Housing’s First Time Homebuyer requirements and may receive FHA, VA, USDA or Conventional financing with a reduced interest rate and $10,000 in forgivable down payment assistance. Borrower’s must have an executed sales contact on a home prior to reserving funds. Interest Rate is subject to change without notice and funding is limited, so if you’re considering buying a home, don’t wait.
